I am very passionate about my work as a couples therapist. I am especially excited about how small, targeted interventions can make big changes possible - even when couples think they have run out of options.

I have been with my partner for 10 years and we have been in an open relationship for 6 years. As a partner and mother of a young son, I know the challenges of being in a relationship and how important, but also how difficult, it can sometimes be to stay in touch with each other.

How I Work

I take a systemic approach to my work, looking at people in the context of their relationships and circumstances.
Together we look at how dynamics have developed and what changes are needed to bring the whole system back into balance.
My way of working is based on openness and acceptance.
My goal is to give you the tools you need for a happy and healthy relationship.
